Hy-Vee Hallow Trick-Or-Treat

October 26th
4:00-7:00 pm
Local vendors will be set up in the Hy-Vee parking lot for an evening of fun! Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and wind through the vendors to score a sweet stash of candy. Admission to the event is $2.00. A new addition this year, a food-allergy friendly Halloween event. Each vendor will have a candy and non-food item for kids to choose from.

Halloween on the Bagnell Dam Strip

October 28th
2:00-4:00 pm
Bring your kids out for a fun and exciting time at The Strip. Visit the different businesses and show off your costume this year, while you collect tasty treats. On top of trick-or-treating, there will be various games set up for kids to partake in, as well.

Kid's Halloween Spooktacular at Captain Rons

October 29th
5:00-6:30 pm
Bring your little trick-or-treaters out for a safe and fun candy collecting. Various businesses and other vendors will be set up and passing out candy for your little monsters to gather! Show off your little one's favorite costume by coming out for an evening of fun and candy!

Spooktacular Trick-or-Treat

October 31st
6:00-9:00 pm
Come out to Splatz Paintball in Camdenton for a night of safe, convenient, and fun trick-or-treating. It's a great way to bring your family out for an exciting Halloween experience. Aside from a TON of candy, games, music, and contests will be held inside and outside.

All About Lake Race 2017

Living at the Lake of the Ozarks offers a ton of opportunities for entertainment! One of these events are coming up - Lake Race 2017. If you love fast boats and racing, this event is just for you! Enjoy the beautiful Lake as the race boats speed around the course, fighting for first place. Festival of Speed

Thursday June 1st from 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm at Osage Beach Parkway West
Osage Beach Parkway (west of the Grand Glaize Bridge) will be closed for the street festival. Come check out the speed boats, classic cars, motorcycles, vendors, and food tents. Bring your entire family out - there will be piggy races, pony rides, and a dunk tank for the children in your family as well.

Meet & Greet Street Party

Friday June 2nd from 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm at the Bagnell Dam Strip
For race fans and boat enthusiasts alike, you can enjoy a unique experience checking out the race boats up close and personal. Walk around the historic Bagnell Dam Strip and enjoy all the sights and sounds of the gathering. Come out and meet the racers and view the race boats, for a unique and exciting experience!

Lake Race 5K Run / Walk

Saturday June 3rd at 7:00 am at Beavers at the Dam
Participants of the 5K will start at Beavers at the Dam and run below the dam up to JJ Twiggs, and back down the strip to Beavers. A cash bar is available at the finish line, as well as a raffle. Registration for the run begins at 7:00 am and the race begins at 8:00 am.

Official Lake Race & Awards Ceremony

Saturday June 3rd all day at the Bagnell Dam Strip
Powerboats from all across the nation will be at the Lake of the Ozarks to compete for first place. View the race by land on Bagnell Dam, the Celebration II, or at Beavers at the Dam. The race course will start at the 0 mile marker and circle back around at the 3 mile marker. Come out and see these speed boats as they zoom down the water for a day filled with excitement!

Props & Hoses Poker Run

Sunday June 4th at 10:00 starting at Beavers on the Dam
Bring your boat out for an exciting poker fun the day after Lake Race. With a number of water front restaurants participating, you can have an entire day of fun out on the Lake of the Ozarks. A $20 raffle ticket is available at each location for a 50/50 drawing at Redhead Yacht Club at 4:00 pm. End the weekend in style by participating in this poker run!

Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals

Summer is picking up steam at the Lake of the Ozarks! We are excited to announce the return of one of the best local springtime events: the Magic Dragon Car Show. The car show is named after one of the Lake's nicknames, the "Magic Dragon." The name comes from the idea that from an aerial perspective, the Lake of the Ozarks resembles a massive dragon as it winds its way through the Missouri hills. Regardless of its name's origins, however, the Magic Dragon Street Meet is an event that you won't want to miss!

Thousands Of Cars - ONE Legendary Weekend

The Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals started from humble beginnings, but it has since grown into one of the biggest events at the Lake. With over a thousand trucks, motorcycles, and cars of all different makes and models, there is sure to be something for everyone at this fast-paced event. The event is family-oriented in nature, so bring your whole crew out for a weekend you won't soon forget.

The Magic Dragon Car Show 2016

• Friday, May 6th through Sunday, May 8th
• Historic Bagnell Dam Strip

Lake residents and tourists should be aware that the Strip will be closed to regular traffic on Saturday starting at 6:00 AM and plan accordingly. Golf carts and other forms of transportation will be accessible to handicapped individuals requiring assistance.

Fun For The Whole Family!

The Historic Bagnell Dam Boulevard (affectionately dubbed "The Strip") is the perfect location to host this event, with tons of different attractions for people of all ages. The Strip offers a large variety of different outlets and shops offering t-shirts, souvenirs, arcades, restaurants, and other amusements.

Lake of the Ozarks Air Show 2015

Airplanes and vendors and food - OH MY!

The Lake of the Ozarks Air Show is BACK. Designed as a salute to the brave men and women who serve our country, this great event is always a great time for people of all ages. If you're looking for something fun to do this weekend, head to the Camdenton Memorial Lake Regional Airport!

Lake Of The Ozarks Air Show - Event Details:

• Saturday, September 12th, 2015 (Rain Date: Sunday, September 13th)
• Camdenton Memorial Lake Regional Airport
• Event parking at the airport: $10 per vehicle
• Event parking at Camdenton schools: free (Shuttles will run from 8:00a- 5:00p)

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone involved, participants are asked not to bring any pets (other than certified service dogs) and to not bring any personal coolers, food, or beverages. There will be plenty of refreshments available for purchase at the event. Participants are, however, encouraged to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs.

Lake of the Ozarks Air Show - Feature Acts

You've never seen aerial displays quite like this one! This air show will feature aerial performances by professional airshow pilots from all over. Here's a quick list of the acts scheduled for this weekend:
